Dane

Well i'm still alive! Didn't think i'd make it this far. I've got used to the chaffing and I'm almost starting to enjoy myself. The broken arm is holding up well, but I don't have any fingers left.

Pretty happy with the pies at the moment, absolute certainty for the flag.

Dane has thoroughly enjoyed the trip so far. Fortunately the South Australians did not touch him although he did break his arm in Kangaroo Island. His favourite spot so far is Perlubi beach away from the horrible roads and dust. He has lost all of his fingers. He has made friends with 3 crazy Italians and can't wait to meet up with them again in Margaret River. He has a codpiece made of sea sponge, cuttlefish necklace and a bandaged arm with a sheeps bone in it.

I'm still going!

Hi, Dane here. Well its been tough these last couple of weeks. I've now lost all the fingers on my right hand. Might have a bit of trouble handling the footy this season. Saints first up in the NAB cup though, so I don't really need all my fingers. The arms healed up nicely, and I'm happy to be away from the South Australians.

Dane sustains an injury!

The rough roads have taken their toll on young Dane. His broken arm required surgery with a prosthetic bone implant to keep it all together. He is in alot of pain but recovering well.

Into SA

Crossed into SA OK. Now I just have the locals to contend with! Wish me luck.

My gawd this is uncomfortable

Now the clowns have put me on the back of the van. Haven't even left the street and I've got severe chafing. I reckon I'll be lucky to make it to Geelong.

Hi, My name is Dane. I'm made of paper mache and am saving up for a full length sleeve tattoo. My favourite colour is green. I hope to make it around Australia on the back of a caravan. My main fear is those freaks from South Australia interfering with me, rain and rats. Wish me luck!
